Soapstone Whale Tail

This sculpture is made of aqua soapstone with a stone base.
Measurements: H 26cm x W 18cm x D 9cm
 
The Whale Tale represents protection....as the whales used to circle the fishermen's canoes to protect them from the sharks.
It also represents speed and strength as well as the close bond between animal and human and respect for the sea and all life within it.
